Someone's saying Dongfeng being made in China means we already know the quality and there's no point in asking questions...

But are we really just gonna write off a whole brand based on where it's made? Anyone actually driven one of these things? Maybe they've stepped up their game.

A friend of mine who lived in China for years told me... If you buy cheap, you get cheap. If you buy luxury, you get luxury.
 
A lot of people assume "Made in China" means low quality, but that’s not always the case anymore. Dongfeng has budget models and premium offerings, so it really depends on what you’re looking at. Their high-end models might actually be pretty solid, has anyone test-driven one outside of China yet?
