The 2024 Dongfeng Warrior is showing up in more places, and it’s hard to ignore its massive, military-style presence. It’s got the "look at me" energy of a Hummer but with a distinctly Chinese twist, and yes, some people just can’t get past the name.

It’s easy to joke about it being the “official vehicle of CGI car crash simulations,” but if it actually backs up its looks with serious off-road capability, it might have a real audience. China’s EV industry is rapidly expanding, and while this one might not be for everyone, it’s definitely not afraid to stand out.

Will it be a legitimate off-roader or just another flashy, oversized EV? Time will tell.

The Warrior definitely catches the eye with its strong design much like a Hummer. If it can handle tough off road conditions well it might become quite popular in its own unique way. China's electric vehicle market is getting stronger and it could really surprise us with what it achieves
